By purchasing a ticket to Sully’s Silly Game Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Overview
Sully’s Silly Game Show is a live, interactive entertainment event hosted by Sully Jones and operated under Mirthmark Productions. The event includes trivia, games, physical challenges, and comedic content intended for an adult audience.
2. Age Restrictions
This event is strictly 18+ only due to strong language, adult content, and audience interaction.
Attendees may be asked to provide valid photo ID.
Anyone under 18 will be refused entry without refund.
3. Tickets & Entry
All tickets are sold subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain. Any such tickets may be invalidated.
Entry may be refused or revoked at the discretion of the organiser or venue for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
4. Show Content & Participation
The show contains strong language, sexual references, and adult humour throughout.
This is a live and unscripted event. Content may vary from show to show.
Audience participation is encouraged but entirely voluntary.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept the nature of the event and its content.
5. Games, Prizes & Legal Compliance
The show includes skill-based games and interactive challenges. Some rounds may include elements of chance, but outcomes are primarily based on skill, knowledge, or performance.
A £150 cash prize may be awarded to the winning team at the host’s discretion.
No additional entry fee is required to be eligible for any prize.
This event does not constitute gambling, a lottery, or a game of chance under the Gambling Act 2005.
Prizes are awarded for entertainment purposes and at the discretion of the organiser. The organiser’s decision is final.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be given for late arrivals, no-shows, or audience members offended by the content.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded or offered a transfer to a new date.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Venue & Behaviour
This event takes place at Hills Plymouth Cricket Club, a licensed venue.
Please respect the venue, staff, and fellow attendees.
Any attendee behaving aggressively, disruptively, or in breach of these terms may be removed without refund.
8. Photography & Media
The event may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event media, unless you notify the organiser in advance.
9. Data & Privacy
Attendee details are collected solely for event administration.
You will only receive marketing emails if you opt in during ticket booking.
Data is stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
10. Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. The organiser is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damage sustained during the event, except in cases of negligence.
Please inform staff of any accessibility or health requirements in advance.
11. Final Notes
The organiser reserves the right to change the content, structure, or lineup of the event without prior notice.
All decisions by the host and event team are final — especially when it comes to game results or disputes.
